Success Story: E-Readers for Portsmouth High School

In December 2011, members of the Board presented 26 e-readers or “Nooks” to the English Department of Portsmouth High School for a classroom of 25 students and 1 teacher. Picturing the Glen – Then & Now

The Educational Enhancement Grant from the PPEF involved multiple grades and subjects areas at Elmhurst Elementary School. Fourth grade students compared vintage photographs of the Glen and Manor House with the same views found today.
